Shelly A. Gallagher, Esq.
Shelly has been a licensed attorney in Florida since 1995. She began her legal career as a general practitioner, working on a wide range of practice areas. Over time, she realized that serving the evolving legal needs of seniors and their families gave her the greatest professional and personal satisfaction. Shelly decided to focus exclusively on elder law, Medicaid planning, estate planning, and closely related practice areas. To this end, she earned her Master of Laws in Elder Law and founded her own firm.
Shelly takes a highly personal approach to the practice of law. She devotes the time necessary to get to know her clients well and gain a thorough understanding of their greatest concerns, most important goals, and dearest hopes for the future. She is also committed to explaining the legal tools and strategies available to meet her clients’ needs in “English,” not “Legalese,” so that her clients understand and are comfortable with her legal recommendations.
Ultimately, Shelly strives to provide her clients with peace of mind, knowing that they have thoughtfully planned for the future.
